|Every training session is different even when training the same topic because of the interaction with the attendees which makes each one unique.
|What is challenging within your role?
|Not being able to convince everyone that 30 minutes spent in training will be recouped hundreds of times over.

|Keep it short and simple.
|If you weren't working in legal, what do you think you'd be doing?
|Hopefully IT training in another industry but if I had a creative bone in my body (which I don’t) then a hairdresser.
|Tell us about an "average" day, or if every day is different tell us about a recent day
|In training and support I don’t think there is an ‘average’ day, the training you can plan, the support simply arrives unannounced although you can detect patterns, for example, Mondays are likely to be “forgotten laptops and lost iPhone” days while Fridays tend to be “remind me how remote access works” days. But both training and support help you expand your own skills so you never get bored.
